All materials comply with ROHS / UL94 / V0 flame-retardant standards. Copper components use T3 copper, and each product is inspected three times before shipment.
5. Do you provide customized designs?
Yes. 80% of our orders are customized. With a 15+ engineer R&D team, new product design and development take less than 60 days.
6. Can you ensure product appearance consistency?
The first order establishes a master sample, and every batch follows it strictly to avoid color difference. Our designs are unique and unified — often imitated but never surpassed.

11. How do you handle sample requests?
Regular samples are free, customers pay for shipping.
Customized samples: customers pay for sample + shipping cost.
12. What is your after-sales policy?
All products come with 1–3 years warranty. If a defect is due to product quality, we offer replacement instead of refund.
13. What kind of packaging do you use?
We use K=K double-corrugated cartons (inner & outer layers) and can customize non-fumigation pallets or wooden crates for large shipments.
14. What transport methods do you offer?
Sea Freight: 60%
Air Freight: 20%
Express Courier: 20%
15. What are your payment terms?
Normally 100% T/T. For large orders: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
